Those whose belief in the QAnon conspiracy was shaken by the failed prophecy of Inauguration Day may consider abandoning the group, and online posts suggest at least some members are, but they will need support to really sever their connection.

Every time I try to login with my email+password an error message pops up saying "Multifactor authentication failed". Any method of account recovery gets stuck on the same issue. I still have my password, my Google Authenticator codes and my phone number is linked, but no matter what recovery process I try I get stuck on the 2FA error.

I can't open any downloaded files because of "virus scan failed". Does anyone know tricks to fix this? Or is it easier to uninstall the software and get a better antivirus software (if someone can recommend one without all the bugs McAfee has I'll be so grateful!)

Okay, I made some incremental progress. After seeing that my personal Apple ID had the same issue and could not log in with username/password, but could login using Touch ID I tried logging into my laptop using my dev Apple ID and then signing into to App Store Connect, but that failed. (When I refer to Touch ID login I'm referring to the larger Touch ID window, not the one that just fills in the password because that fails). So then I decided to go buy another MacBook and set it up using my dev Apple ID. Then when I went to appstoreconnect.apple.com I was able to sign in using Touch ID. It's only a temporary solution because I don't want to spend $2k just to be able to manage my apps, so I do eventually want to return the laptop.

I just encounter the problem today. Attempt login to App Store Connect directly on Safari. I got the two-factor code alert, but also the failed to verify message in the browser with nowhere to enter the 2-factor code. I instead went to developer.apple.com and was able to successfully log in there, and then clicked over to App Store Connect successfully.

This is still an issue. I am able to log into everything bar the App Store Connect. It instantly goes red and says failed to verify identity.. and i get the pop up verify thing Allow or Don't allow with a code but there is nowhere to enter the code. I was already in the app store connect about to release a new version of my app when this happened. Obviously some bug Apple side. Very frustrating.. I know I'll come back later and it will be fine but often these releases are time critical.

The reason we end up seeing this error is essentially when step 2 gets too far ahead of step 4. That is, the ability to deliver the results of the schedules falls behind the ability of the queries to be executed on the database. The queries that are run by the execute threads will follow the caching policy defined on the explore that generated them, which by default is 60 minutes, or 12 hours for System Activity. If the cache for these queries expires before they are able to be picked up by one of the 3 delivery threads, we will get the `Your scheduled job failed because the results stored in cache were expired or invalid. To resolve, please retry your schedule or wait until the next scheduled job.` error message. This commonly will occur when many schedules are triggered to run at the same time and are delivering to places that carry more computational weight, such as Google Sheets or some other integration that utilizes the Action Hub.

I'm having difficulties connecting to a client-to-site VPN on some firewalls. This, specifically, is the MX64 but I'm also having the same problem on the MX84, however, this one I managed to get around the problem using VPN Client AnyConnect. When trying to connect to the VPN the message "The L2TP connection attempt failed because the security layer encountered a processing error" is displayed. I've already tested all the procedures I found available on the internet and nothing worked so I appealed to you hahaha.

Hey there, there is a built in system if there are too many failed attempts, but for official support please use Get in Touch | Bitwarden. If you think someone is trying to access your account, you may want to update your master password Your Master Password | Bitwarden Help & Support

The system does generate an email if there are too many failed attempts. It is important to have a strong master password and enable two-step login on your account. You can also change your master password at any time, just ensure you are backing up your vault before making any account changes. You can find a useful user guide here.

Background:  Failed back surgery syndrome (FBSS) is a chronic pain condition that has considerable impact on the patient and health care system. Despite advances in surgical technology, the rates of failed back surgery have not declined. The factors contributing to the development of this entity may occur in the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative periods. Due to the severe pain and disability this syndrome may cause, more radical treatments have been utilized. Recent trials have been published that evaluate the efficacy and cost-effectiveness of therapeutic modalities such as spinal cord stimulation for the management of patients with failed back surgery.

I am currently trying to export an xls form of the collected data, however I am receiving export failed error, it works with Legacy , but the information is too scattered . And when I try to check the data through the table, some of the data that is found xls (legacy) appear blank in the table .

If your vehicle failed its emissions test, that means it is exceeding the allowable emissions standards for the year in which it was manufactured. It should be diagnosed by a professional automotive repair technician to determine the underlying reason(s) for the failure, and to identify the repairs necessary to correct the problem(s). You must have it repaired and retested within 60 calendar days from the date of the initial test. You may always have your vehicle repaired at a facility of your choice, or you may make the repairs yourself. However, the State of Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) highly recommends that you have the repairs performed at a Certified Emissions Repair Facility (CERF), as these facilities employ Certified Emissions Repair Technicians (CERTs), who are trained and certified in emissions-related failures and repairs.

Depending on the age and mileage of your vehicle, certain emissions components are eligible for a federally mandated manufacturer's warranty in the event of a failed emissions test that was the result of a manufacturer defect. This coverage may extend up to eight years or 80,000 miles.

Wealthy nations also failed to address the needs of the most vulnerable countries, by not properly funding adaptation or committing financing for the loss and damage these countries are already experiencing. They have still not delivered on their promise to provide $100B per year in climate funding for developing countries. Keeping this promise was seen as a key test ahead of COP26 and critical to restoring trust and goodwill between developed and developing countries in the context of climate negotiations, especially when the latter group feel like they are being asked to make sacrifices while dealing with a problem they did not create, while not receiving adequate support to do so.

I've been having this issue for weeks now.

I have a Logitech mouse on an Asus x571GT laptop, and one day the Bluetooth connection to my mouse suddenly disappeared.

I checked and the Bluetooth on my laptop disappeared. I checked DEVICE MANAGER and the Bluetooth was gone (unless I selected to show hidden devices) but under the Universal Serial Bus, one of the drivers is called "unknown usb device descriptor request failed" appeared.

If my Bluetooth is working, that error isn't there. The second my Bluetooth disappears, "unknown usb device descriptor request failed" appears under Universal Serial Buses dropdown menu.

I've searched online and...

3) I've uninstalled "unknown usb device descriptor request failed" and restarted the computer. Sometimes the Bluetooth returns and everything is fine for a couple of minutes/hours/days before it suddenly disappears again, and "unknown usb device descriptor request failed" driver reappears

Before, I did not.

But I did find one solution where I had to add the 'unknown usb device descriptor request failed" into the registry, unplug the USB device, power off, and while it was powered off, I disconnected the Power adapter from the laptop. Waited a minute or two, and plugged back in the power adapter, powered it back up, and once I relogged into Windows, then plugged the USB back in.

So far, it's working.....

So far....

Only a two-state solution will lead to lasting security for Israelis and Palestinians alike. That is the only viable approach that will truly undermine Hamas, and Israel can and should unilaterally press forward with a plan, taking steps on its own before negotiating with the Palestinians. The goal should be to revive a process that has been dormant since the last negotiations failed in 2008, 15 years ago. To be clear, Israel should couple this political approach with a military one, engaging in limited, sustained operations against the Hamas leaders and fighters responsible for the atrocities of October 7. But the country must adopt the political element of the strategy now, not later. Israel cannot wait until after some mythical time when Hamas is defeated by military might alone. e24fc04721
