October 10, 2023, Tuesday, at Tokyo Institute of Technology

Outline
River restoration is the process of managing rivers to restore natural processes and biodiversity, providing benefits to both people and wildlife. Switzerland and Japan have a rich experience in river restoration, having maintained our active communication and collaboration for more than 30 years. Based on this background, this symposium provides an exciting and stimulating opportunity for professionals, practitioners, policy makers and students in the field of river management to inspire further relevant cutting-edge research, collaboration, and practice.
