Biography

Jin-Fa Lin was born in Taiwan, R.O.C., in 1971. He received the M.S. and Ph.D. degree from the Department of Electrical Engineering, National Chung Cheng University, Taiwan, in 1997 and engineering science & technology, National Yunlin University of Science & Technology, Taiwan in 2008. From 1997 to 2000, he was with Holtek semiconductor Inc, Hsinchu, Taiwan, designing RISC/CISC microcontroller and low power ASIC designs. Since 2000, he has been with the department of Electrical Engineering in WuFeng University of technology, Chia-Yi, Taiwan, R.O.C. In 2010, he joined the Department of Information and Communication Engineering, Chaoyang University of technology, Taiching, Taiwan, R.O.C., and is currently an Associate Professor. His research interests include ultra low power circuits and synchronous / Asynchronous circuits.
