Cyril Conteh – Manager
The Manager is responsible for the overall administration and daily operations of Cyril Cafe Services. This role includes planning and supervising staff activities, ensuring excellent customer service, managing finances, enforcing café policies, and maintaining a professional working environment. The Manager also oversees decision-making, business growth, and ensures that all services run efficiently and smoothly.

Abraham Seisay – Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager supports the Manager in the execution of daily operational duties. Responsibilities include assisting with staff supervision, handling customer inquiries and complaints, monitoring service quality, and stepping in for the Manager when necessary. The Assistant Manager helps ensure that café procedures are followed and that operations remain organized and effective.

David – Graphic Designer
The Graphic Designer is responsible for providing creative and professional design services to customers. Duties include designing and printing documents, banners, flyers, ID cards, and other visual materials. This role also supports branding activities for the café and ensures that all design work meets quality and customer satisfaction standards.

Favin Johnson – Supervisor
The Supervisor oversees day-to-day activities on the café floor, ensuring that staff perform their duties correctly and efficiently. Responsibilities include monitoring customer service, enforcing rules and regulations, managing staff schedules, and reporting operational issues to management. The Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining discipline, order, and smooth workflow.
