Dear Brothers and Sisters,

This year, America will celebrate its 250th birthday. As part of this celebration, there is an organization, America 250, promoting the America Gives initiative. America Gives is an initiative that challenges businesses, non-profits, schools, youth groups, faith-based networks, and organizations of all kinds to commit to increasing their level of volunteering and impact starting throughout 2026. Together, we will build on America’s legacy of giving back and inspire a renewed culture of service for years to come. The goal is to make 2026 a record-setting year of volunteer service.

You are invited to a free educational workshop

• Topic: Medicare Made Simple: Understanding Parts, Plans, and 2027 Changes

• When: Thursday, November 12th at 6:30 PM

What We Will Cover:

• Medicare Foundations: Breaking down Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D.

• Open Enrollment: Guidance for both new applicants and current beneficiaries.

• Plan Transitions: How and when you can safely change your plans.

• Important Updates: Essential upcoming 2027 changes impacting Part D prescription coverage

4. Stake Conference times and information: Elder Jorg Klebingat, a General Authority Seventy, will preside at the conference.

Ward and Stake Council Leadership Meeting on Saturday from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the 

Stake Center. Attendees: All ward and stake council members, including presidency counselors and secretaries.

Adult Session on Saturday from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Stake Center. Attendees: All adult members of the stake 18 years of age or older and invited friends.

Youth Session on Sunday from 8:00 AM to 9:15 AM at the Stake Center. Attendees: All youth ages 12 to 18 and stake and ward youth leaders.

General Session on Sunday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Stake Center (in person) and the Fairfield building (via broadcast). Attendees: All stake members, full-time missionaries, and invited friends.
