All pets must be kept on leash in the neighborhood. If your pet poops on the roadway, vacant lots, or a neighbor’s yard, you are required to pick it up. (See Article III, Sect 11)

Prior to any exterior home improvement (including but not limited to house painting, sheds, roof replacements, fences, basketball hoops, kids’ playhouses, flag poles) property owners must submit an application to the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) (See Article II, Sect 2). All property owners are required to sign and initial the application, which can be found on the “HOA Documents” page of our website
Swale and Culvert Maintenance (See Article III, Sect 16):
- Clear debris, yard waste and high grass so water flow reaches the drains
- Remove nuisance/invasive and excess vegetation
- Repair eroded slopes
- Repair swale if you have standing water after a period of no rain
