ITEMS TO REMEMBER...
Mailboxes: Mailboxes need to be in good working order and mechanically and aesthetically sound. This means: Clean and non-faded; Street number on both sides; Good mechanical condition. All mailboxes are to be painted black.
Yards, Gardens, Shrubs, Mulch areas: Please take care of any weeds and errant grasses at first notice. It's MUCH easier to deal with weeds and unwanted grasses before they become a big problem.
Boats, Trailers, RVs, and the like need to be stored in your garage, or in the back yard with no visibility from the street. The new Florida Statute (720.3045) states that boats, RVs, and the like can be stored on your property as long as items "are not visible from the parcel's frontage or an adjacent parcel".
Home and Lot maintenance: Please keep mailboxes, driveways, roofs, etc in good maintenance and looking clean. Also please work to keep weeds to a minimum and keep shrubs and gardens maintained and in nice condition.
Upkeep: Upkeep includes keeping toys, coolers, bins, gas cans, pool equipment, etc off the driveway, sidewalk, or yard. These and other items need to be placed in garage, back porch, inside, or otherwise not in view from the street.
