Cypherxity Child Safety Standards

1. Zero Tolerance Policy: Cypherxity has a zero-tolerance policy for content that sexualizes or endangers children, whether real or fictional (e.g., digital images, illustrations, or text). Uploading, storing, or sharing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate permanent ban.

2. Profile Photo Rules: To keep our community safe, if you include photos of children in your profile, they must be fully clothed and an adult must also appear in the image. We do not allow any images of children alone or any photos that depict children's genitalia or buttocks, even if covered by emojis.

3. In-App Reporting: All members have access to a "Report" feature on every profile. We encourage users to immediately flag any suspicious or illegal content. Our moderation team reviews these reports 24/7.

4. Mandatory Reporting to Authorities: In compliance with global laws, any evidence of child exploitation or abuse will be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities.

5. Strictly 18+: Cypherxity is for adults only. we use age-gating and active profile moderation to ensure no minors access the platform.
