About Me

I  worked at Amaon for 5 years with over 3 years in IT.  Providing customer support to resolve hardware, software and networing issues is very rewarding, as Amazon has provided opportunites to further my education by providing courses in  CompTIA A+ and Net+, and  cyber security. I  graduated from the  Master's program in Educational Instructional Technology Systems,  corporate training and development at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte  and completed an internship at Brady Trane.
