Application - French/EU residents
Follow these application instructions depending on your situation:
For EU and French residents in the university sphere , applications should be made through Monmaster before the X of May, 2025: apply here
For EU and French residents in the university sphere , having missed the first deadline, please contact us, students with a good profile will be allowed to candidate again during the complementary phase between the 25th and 30th of June on Monmaster: apply here
If you have spent more than 2 years outside of the university sphere in a professional capacity: apply here

Cover letter
Copies of all transcripts, university and secondary school (high school)

Application - NON EU residents
For candidates residing outside the EU without an EU citizenship, please ensure to submit your comprehensive application package to us concurrently with your application through platforms like Campus France.
If you reside in of one of the 65 countries affiliated with Campus France and the Etudes en France procedure and don't have an EU citizenship, you must apply starting from October 1, 2024, via this link.
Foreign candidates outside the EU residing in a country outside Campus France must download the individual mobility student application package starting from December 15, 2024. Individual mobility information

Tuition Fees - French/EU STUDENTS
Tuition Fees depend on your status:
For French and EU citizen the following tuition fees apply : 250€ (+ 90€ CVE)
Payment Methods:
Online via registration and re-registration payment platforms: immediate payment by credit card or in 3 installments (payment in 3 installments until October 11, 2024).
Bank transfer: In order for us to identify your payment, please specify ESSENTIALLY in the transfer reason in order of priority:
Student's Last Name - First Name
Student ID Number
Name of the Program followed
Payments by check and in cash are not accepted for the 2024-2025 registration campaign.
Standard Tuition Fees - NON EU STUDENTS
Tuition Fees depend on your status:
For non EU citizen the following tuition fees apply : 3879€
Registration and Payment Methods:
1) For succesful applicants that are already residents in EU and applied through Mon Master:
Online via registration and re-registration payment platforms: immediate payment by credit card or in 3 installments (payment in 3 installments until October 11, 2024).
Bank transfer: In order for us to identify your payment, please specify ESSENTIALLY in the transfer in order of priority:
Student's Last Name - First Name , 2. Student ID Number, 3. Name of the Program followed
2) For succesful applicants that applied through Campus France:
Students admitted through Campus France will receive a letter in June containing all the information regarding their registration procedures.
They must make an appointment with our office via the following address: bureauetrangers@ml.u-cergy.fr. Appointments can be made starting from July 8th.
Students with an exemption must attach their notification letter to the registration file to be exempted from the differentiated fees.
Payments by check and in cash are not accepted for the 2024-2025 registration campaign.
Reduction/waiving of Tuition Fees - NON EU STUDENTS
Non-EU students with exceptional academic records or limited financial means may qualify for reduced tuition fees. Please note that the university can only offer reduced tuition fees to a limited number of students annually due to resource constraints
Candidates should fill a request to the university commission before July the 4th 2024 for admissions in September 2024
The candidates should send the complete request, including the mandatory documents, to droitsdifferencies@cyu.fr

Typed letter from the student, motivating their request addressed to the President of the University: indicate his social situation and personal, academic, and professional background.
This form, filled and signed.
Any document justifying his/her social situation.
Copy of the prior approval of acceptance at CY:
Candidates arriving via Campus France: screenshot of the acceptance message.
Other foreign candidates: decision sheet of the favorable opinion
Name and email of the training manager of the university who accepted your application.
Copy of passport AND valid residence permit if you are in France.
Copy of the latest diploma obtained and the diploma transcript.
If you receive a scholarship (excellence or other): scholarship notification.
(optional) any other supporting document:
Letter of recommendation from a teacher at your home university.
Copy of your family record book.
Copy of a housing proof less than three months old (bill, rent receipt...) or accommodation certificate in France + identity document of the host.
Any other document specifying your financial situation (e.g., personal salary, spouse's salary, family aids, etc.)
