Cycling Academy Uganda was founded in 2016 by Niyonsiima Augustine who was a National cyclist in Select cycling cycling club. This was due the love he had in the cycling sport. Here in Uganda we had very few representations and the cycling sport club was not greatly embraced . He (Niyonsiima Augustine) started on promoting the spot with two bikes training every who liked to race and join cycling as a sport. He managed to get a team of cyclists and with time he thought of Registering the activity with Nation late 2019 thus his verification in 2020 as Cycling Academy Uganda. This Cycling Academy Uganda Limited is a Non Profit Organization. at the moment the Academy has four (4) Road bikes and Six (6) mountain Bikes

The aim of this team is to allow young riders of female, male, others, plus the disabled to have a team structured for high performance. We think that sport and cycling transmit good values in inclusive education, Good Health, Gender equality & Justice
