Welcome to Cycle Care. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.
These Terms govern your use of the App, which is developed and owned by Cloud Spirit Ltd. ("we," "our," or "us").
You may use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial tracking purposes. You agree not to:
Modify, disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
Rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or distribute the App.
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or in violation of local laws.
Cycle Care offers subscription plans (Monthly and Yearly) to unlock Premium Features (such as removing ads, multi-profile tracking, and calendar safe-window predictions).
Billing: Payments are billed and managed directly through Google Play or Apple App Store. Rates are subject to local taxes and currency exchanges.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off in your App Store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
Cancellations & Refunds: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your App Store settings. All refunds are processed and ruled by Apple or Google Store refund policies.
All data you input into Cycle Care remains stored locally on your device.
No Server Database: We do not operate remote server databases storing your records. You are solely responsible for backing up your data.
Encryption: If you export backups, they are encrypted locally using the password you set. We cannot recover or reset forgotten encryption passwords. Loss of your password means your backup data cannot be restored.
Data Loss: We are not liable for any data loss resulting from device damage, OS upgrades, App uninstallation, cache clearance, or lost passwords.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
CYCLE PREDICTIONS ARE ESTIMATED APPROXIMATIONS. WE DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY RELATING TO UNINTENDED PREGNANCIES, CONTRACEPTIVE FAILURES, OR LATE PERIOD CALCULATIONS ARISING FROM THE USE OF APP ESTIMATES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLOUD SPIRIT LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, INCURRED BY YOU, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT OR TORT, ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE APP.
The App, including all UI design, logos, source code, prediction algorithms, and localizations, is the exclusive property of Cloud Spirit Ltd. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
