Purpose of the conference

The aim of the conference is to define standards and directions of activities with the use of new technologies to ensure the safety of the individual and society, which appears as a digital code of rights and freedoms for the evolving humanity in the new reality. The goal is to present the positive aspect of cyberculture, and a departure from awareness and transfer of knowledge about threats and dangers. Along with the progress of civilization, new challenges emerge, which during the conference in a group of specialists and experts should be identified. We also want to propose solutions regarding new possibilities in the field of technology.

The mission of the conference

A new dimension of personalized and anonymous relationships in virtual space in a global dimension is the reality in which modern human being functions. Electronic books, digital documents and even digital identity and e-government have become a determinant of the development of 21st century societies.

Transferring everyday matters to cyberspace gives grounds for recognizing that the virtual zone of human existence has generated a new social reality under the influence of digital transformation, which is undoubtedly the digital society. Ethical and legal issues require redefinition and implementation through broadly understood education in terms of safety culture.

The priority of the 12th conference is to raise the level of knowledge and standardize the substantive attitudes regarding selected aspects of changes in human life and society in the era of the 4th industrial revolution.
