I often forget about ~/.ssh/config. It's one of those things that I constantly rediscover. Every few years I find myself in a situation where I'm managing several servers and ssh'ing into them and then I remember about ~/.ssh/config and set it up.
I realised a GUI to edit it could also be cool. I didn't want an SFTP client. But just something to launch my native terminal. And a way to group servers together.
I was dissapointed to find the app stores wouldn't allow the full set of features due to restrictions on accessing files in the users home directories. However I am interested to persist and learn what permisions and settings can be enabled so will endeviour to bring as many of the features of cyberchuck to each platform as possbile.
After many late nights I've managed to get a first version together. I'm proud to have made a tool that I actually want to use and look forward to adding more features in time.
