"Cyber Cafe on a Call" was born during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. It all began with a casual evening discussion over pakodas between two friends, Nishant and Namrata, both fresh graduates from the University of Delhi. As the world came to a standstill and people struggled to access basic services, especially government-to-citizen services, Nishant and Namrata saw an opportunity to help.
What started as a small initiative to address the pressing needs of a couple of customers per month has now grown exponentially. In the early days, we served just two customers, but with a professional approach and a commitment to delivering 98% accuracy in service, our customer base rapidly expanded. Today, we are proud to have assisted over 6,500 customers, making government services accessible and hassle-free.
Our mission remains simple: solving problems for our customers and making their lives easier. While it’s true that our clients can often handle these tasks on their own, the reality is, they don’t have the time. That’s where we come in—offering convenience, accuracy, and peace of mind. Our journey is far from over, and we are committed to reaching more customers and continuing to provide efficient, reliable solutions for all.
