Information we collect

The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Application, the choices you make and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect may include the following:

Personal Information Provided by You. We collect names; email addresses; contact or authentication; data; contact preferences; usernames; and other similar information. Payment Data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number (such as a credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument. We may also collect and gather non-personally identifiable information, such as certain profile information. In addition, we may collect and store information about your and others’ usage of and interaction with the Service and our websites, including matches, numbers of matches made by members etc.

Our Service allows you to share text messages, photos, screenshots, videos and other communications in the application with other users, and if you choose to do so you should understand that you may no longer be able to control how that information is used and that it may become publicly available (depending in part on your actions or the actions of others with whom you have shared the information). We are not responsible for any use or misuse of information you share. In addition, in case your conversation partner reports your abusive behavior or language to us, then the conversation information such as voices, screenshots or contents of conversation which has been stored only in your partner's device may be transferred to our servers. Such transferred information will be processed by us to ascertain the genuineness of the report and determine your penalty levels, if needed.

We may also collect and gather user contents (e.g., photos, screenshots, comments, and other materials) that you create on the Service. Your photo can be taken by other users on our services, and If they use the capturing function provided by us, those photos can be stored and used for our services and 3rd party’s service. If you do not agree with all the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service.

We permanently reserve the right to stop, remove, correct or prohibit spread of our content if the use of it stands against the interests of Service or considers commercial use of it.

Sharing your information

Parties with whom we may share your information:

- We may share User Content and your information (including but not limited to, information from cookies, log files, device identifiers, location data, and usage data) with businesses that are legally part of the same group of companies that is part of, or that become part of that group ("Affiliates"). Affiliates may use this information to help provide, understand, and improve the Service (including by providing analytics) and Affiliates' own services (including by providing you with better and more relevant experiences). Parties with whom you may choose to share your User Content:

- Any information or content that you voluntarily disclose for posting to the Service, such as User Content, becomes available to the public. With this feature, we can be protected from exhibitionism. Once you have shared User Content or made it public, that User Content may be re-shared by others.

- If you remove information and contents (e.g. Screenshots, etc.) that you created on the Service, copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of the Service, or if other Users or third parties have copied or saved that information (e.g. Facebook, etc.).

- To connect you with others as enabled by the Service;

- To share your Profile with others on the Service;

- To allow your use of certain features of the Service that may be offered from time to time (such as Premium Services (see our Terms of Use));

- To show you the names of persons you communicate with and to show your name to persons you communicate with on the Service;

- To deliver to you any administrative notices, alerts and communications relevant to your use of the Service;

- To provide you with relevant content that you requested, using information that you allow us to collect from you or that you provide to a social media provider with which your account is connected, such as information regarding your and your contacts' respective locations;

- For internal operations, including troubleshooting problems, data analysis, testing, research, improvements to the Service, detecting and protecting against error, fraud or other illegal activity;

We make ultimate efforts to ensure the privacy of all personally identifiable information you provide to us.

Access to all personally identifiable information is restricted to those employees, contractors, agents and third-party service providers who need to know that information in order to provide, operate, develop, maintain, support or improve the Service.

Protection system we use relies on the third-party service providers, such as storing services providers or cloud-computing services, who won’t be revealed in the current document.

These terms of service / use, later named - “Terms" apply to your access and use of CyberAI, later named “Service”. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Service is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason.

The app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us voluntarily, in order to provide our Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the app won’t work properly or at all.

You should be aware that there are certain things that Service will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but Service cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.

If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.

Service does not take any responsibility for the use of content externally, in case the use of content taken from Service causes any types problem to you, your relatives, family, friends or any people, Service remains not involved in it.

With respect to Service’s responsibility for your use of the app, when you’re using the app, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavor to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Service accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.

Changes to current document

We reserve the right to modify these Terms with any frequency.

If you continue to use the Application after the revised Terms go into effect, then you have accepted the changes to these Terms.
