This Privacy Policy explains how the Cyber Abyss mobile application (the "App" or "Game") handles your data. The App is a single-player mobile game, designed with a strong commitment to user privacy and transparency.

1. Information Collection and Use

We integrate third-party mobile attribution and analytics SDKs to measure marketing campaign performance and optimize gameplay.

- Third-Party Analytics: The App integrates Adjust and AppsFlyer SDKs. These SDKs collect non-personally identifiable usage data and device identifiers (such as IDFA, IDFV, and IP address) solely for attribution and telemetry analysis.

- App Tracking Transparency (ATT): Tracking is strictly opt-in. We only access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) if you explicitly grant permission via the iOS App Tracking Transparency dialog at launch. If you decline consent, no advertising tracking occurs.

- No Account Registration: You are not required to create an account or sign in to use the App.

2. Local Storage

All game data—including your syndicate profile, recruited agents, inventory items, unlocked lore archives, upgrade nodes, and game settings—is stored locally and securely on your mobile device within the App’s sandbox container (using local JSON file persistence).

- This data remains on your device and is not synchronized with any external servers.

- You can delete this data at any time by uninstalling the App or choosing the format/wipe option in the App's system console.

3. Children's Privacy

The App complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13.

4. Device Features

The App may utilize native device features, such as haptic motors and local system alert sounds, to enhance the gameplay experience. These features are processed entirely locally on your device, and no related data is transmitted.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App distribution platform. You are advised to review this policy periodically for any changes.

By installing and using the App, you consent to this Privacy Policy.
