Our History
CYWA was Birthed in 2001. It was a Dream the Founder had that he believed would have Positively Changed his Life if he was involved in such an organization as a Youth
CAWA was Birthed in 2008. After 7 years of creating a positive organization for the Youth, the Founder made it his Goal to create an organization that would Positively Change his Life as an Adult
... and so, in 2008, Community Youth & Adult Workers of America (CYAWA) was BORN! After beginning in 2001 (the year my First Child & Son was Born!), as a Program to Help the Youth have More Positive Activities to Partake in & Benefit from, and in 2008, Growing into a Program that would also Provide the Same Possitive Opportunities to Adults, I Fully Understood The Mission for CYAWA: "Positively Changing the World: One Youth, One Adult, One Community at a Time!".

My CYAWA was Birthed in 2020. After years of disappointment from mistakes made as a Youth & Adult, and the Lessons Learned from the Consequences, the Founder made it his Mission to LIVE THE LIFESTYLE of the organization he Dreamed of. He understood that not everyone would want to become a Community Youth or Adult Worker of America (via Paid Memberships), but that the Benefits of such a Positive Organization would Positively Change the Lives of ALL who Joined. Therefore, he combined the Two & created a Third: a 100% Free Membership, that offered Anyone the Opportunity to Learn, Earn, and Give Back to Their Community; with that, My CYAWA was Born!

March 9th, 2026, gave Birth to Many Special Events & Ideas... it was the CYAWA Founder's Birthday & he seemed to be Gifted with Special Ideas as Gifts. These Ideas were Special to him because they all added Useful Resourses to his Business Dream of an Orgizanation that he Hoped would Positively Change the Lives of MANY! Ideas of a "CYAWA Community College"; a "CYAWA Study Room"; and a CYAWA Platform that would allow Others to "Share Their Passion" of Teaching, Writing, and Mentoring Youth & Adults. CYAWA would now become MORE than just a Membership Organization for Networking & Business; it would now be a True Headquarters for Education & Resources to Help Fulfill the Mission Statement created Decades ago. CYAWA Headquarters was Born on my Birthday, yet it would become a Gift I would Give to the World... Hopefully, Forever!
