Brief History of Catholic Young Adult Fellowship CYAF at St Paul's Quais ParishÂ
It started as CYF (Catholic Youth Fellowship) where we were sub-unit to St Luke's Parish.
In 2006 to 2007 the group was formally formed as CYAF at St Paul's Quais Parish.
The organization was inaugurated by Rev Fr. Tamba Charles who was the priest in charge then, under the distinguished grand chief patron of Mrs. Mychealla Alieu, Mrs. Ruth Kowa and Ms. Theresa Vamboi.
The fellowship is found in various Catholic Christian denominations, dedicated to fostering spiritual growth, fellowship, and community service among young adults.
The group is typically engage in activities like workshops, community outreach, social events and retreats to support members' faith, journeys and encourage active participation in church life.
While specific details about the CYAF unit at St. Paul's Quais Parish in Freetown, Sierra Leone, is not found here but for more information I recommend reaching out directly to St Paul's Quais parish office or visiting their official website or social media pages.
