Profile
Chang Hoon Yang is an associate professor at the Catholic Kwandong University. He is particularly interested in the intersection of network, S&T and public policy. His research examines the structural properties and dynamics of S&T networks and the effects of evidence-based policy on social and technological innovation. Chang Hoon received his PhD in public policy from George Washington University.
