Become well-rounded local and international practitioners, entrepreneurs, and manners in the field of the hospitality industry
Demonstrate the core values of truth, excellence, and service to ensure quality and customer satisfaction; and
Perform expertly in the areas of food and beverage preparation and service, culinary arts, housekeeping, and front office management.
The various research that addresses current challenges in the hospitality industry is presented and recognized in local and international conferences.
Our graduates learn the true value of hospitality while strengthening their capacity to write and communicate effectively, give attention to detail, and organize. They become not only employees in quality hospitality institutions but also become self-entrepreneurs.
Our extension partners support the conduct of sustainable community extension projects that focus on food processing, food safety, and handling, and more importantly enterprise development and management.
Through our linkage partners, our students as on-the-job trainees are also given the rare opportunity to meet, serve, and interact with people of different cultures from all walks of life.
With our continuous commitment, action, and teamwork in meeting the standards for the BSHM program, the Campus unceasingly invests in massive infrastructure development, while strengthening partnerships with local and international agencies.
