Submission Deadline: May 20th the submission deadline has passed!
Submission Portal: OpenReview
We invite submissions of short papers on topics broadly related to the scope of workshop, for example:
Evaluations of language, vision and multimodal foundation models which identify failures related to demographic biases and underrepresentation,
Analyzing existing datasets and benchmarks in terms of demographic diversity and representation,
Identifying strengths and weaknesses in current data collection and curation practices in the context of demographic inclusion and proposing ideas for curation of future demographically diverse datasets,
Proposing new datasets and benchmarks which enhance demographic representation along one or several axes, or proposing scalable solutions for demographically diverse dataset collection,
Improving models’ fairness beyond data interventions, e.g. via robust pre-training, fine-tuning optimization algorithms, or inference-time improvements,
Pluralistic alignment of foundation models,
Analysis of real-world impact of demographic biases in foundation models.
We are inviting submissions of new research as well as works already submitted to or published at other venues (other workshops, conferences or journals). Authors of already published works can choose to submit their papers without format modifications. Generally, the submissions are advised to be up to 4 pages long in CVPR format, not including references or supplementary materials.
The accepted papers will be presented at the poster session and spotlight talks, and will not be included in the printed proceedings of the workshop (thus, it is allowed to submit paper under submission or recently accepted at other venues). Reviews will be double blind.
