Welcome to CVoice: AI Celebrity Voice ("CVoice", "the App", "we", "our", or "us"), developed and operated by BIO HELIX (PVT). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal data when you use our mobile application.

By downloading, installing, or using CVoice, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not use the App.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

CVoice does not require you to create an account or register to use the App. However, the following information may be involved during your use:

Text Input: When you use the Text-to-Speech (TTS) Studio feature, you type text that is submitted to the cvoice.ai API to generate audio. This text is transmitted to the API service provider and is subject to their privacy practices.

Voice Selections: Your choice of character and voice within the App is stored locally on your device to preserve your preferences between sessions.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

Device Storage: The App stores your TTS generation history, recently selected character, and app preferences (such as your last selected voice) locally on your device using the device's internal storage. This data never leaves your device unless you choose to share it.

Audio Files: Generated audio files that you choose to download are saved to the Music/CVoice folder on your device's external storage. These files remain on your device and are not uploaded or shared by us.

2.3 Information We Do Not Collect

We want to be transparent about what we do not collect:

• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any personal identifiers.

• We do not collect location data.

• We do not use device analytics, crash reporting tools, or behavioral tracking SDKs.

• We do not use advertising SDKs or display advertisements.

• We do not collect device identifiers such as IMEI, advertising ID, or hardware serial numbers.

• We do not monitor, record, or store your browsing behavior within the App.

3. Third-Party Services

3.1 cvoice.ai API

CVoice uses the cvoice.ai API to generate AI voice audio from the text you submit. When you use the TTS Studio feature, your submitted text and selected voice parameters are sent to cvoice.ai's servers to process your request and return an audio file URL.

The cvoice.ai service operates under its own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We encourage you to review their policies at cvoice.ai. BIO HELIX (PVT) is not responsible for the data practices of cvoice.ai.

3.2 Cached Network Images

The App uses the cached_network_image library to load and display character profile images from cvoice.ai's CDN. These images are cached temporarily on your device to improve performance. No personal data is associated with or transmitted during this process.

3.3 Audio Playback

Audio playback is handled locally on your device using the just_audio library. Audio files streamed or played within the App are fetched from cvoice.ai's CDN using the URLs returned by the API. No audio content you generate is stored on our servers.

4. How We Use Information

The limited information handled by CVoice is used solely to:

• Deliver the core Text-to-Speech functionality of the App by communicating with the cvoice.ai API.

• Store your generation history locally on your device so you can replay and revisit past generations.

• Remember your last selected character across sessions so you do not need to reselect it every time you open the App.

• Save downloaded audio files to your device's Music folder at your explicit request.

We do not use any information for advertising, profiling, marketing, or any purpose beyond providing the App's stated features.

5. Data Storage and Security

5.1 Local Storage

All App data — including your generation history, selected character, and preferences — is stored locally on your device using Android's SharedPreferences and internal storage mechanisms. This data is private to the App and is not accessible by other applications on your device under normal circumstances.

5.2 Downloaded Files

Audio files you choose to download are saved to the publicly accessible Music/CVoice directory on your device. Once saved there, these files may be accessible to other applications on your device that have storage read permissions, such as your device's music player or file manager.

5.3 Data in Transit

When the App communicates with the cvoice.ai API (for example, when submitting text for speech generation or loading the voice dataset), data is transmitted over HTTPS, which provides encryption in transit. We do not operate any servers of our own that handle your data.

5.4 Security Limitations

While we take reasonable steps to ensure the App operates securely, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to or from third-party services such as cvoice.ai.

6. Data Retention

Local app data (history, preferences, selected character) is retained on your device until you uninstall the App or manually clear the App's data from your device's settings. You can delete individual history items within the App at any time using the delete button on each history entry.

Downloaded audio files remain on your device in the Music/CVoice folder until you manually delete them using your device's file manager or music app.

We do not retain any data on our own servers because we do not operate servers that receive or store your personal data.

7. Permissions

CVoice requests the following permissions on your Android device:

INTERNET — Required to communicate with the cvoice.ai API to fetch voice datasets, generate audio, and stream audio playback.

READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android 12 and below) — Required to access the Music folder on your device for saving downloaded audio files.

WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android 9 and below) — Required to write audio files to the Music/CVoice folder on your device.

No permission is used for any purpose beyond what is described above.

8. Children's Privacy

CVoice is not directed at or intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the App in a way that involved the submission of personal data, please contact us at zohaibwaqar424@gmail.com and we will take appropriate steps.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your country or region of residence, you may have certain rights regarding your data. Because CVoice does not collect or store personal data on our servers, most of these rights can be exercised directly on your device:

Access and Deletion: Your generation history, selected character, and preferences are stored on your device and can be cleared at any time by going to your device's Settings, selecting the App, and choosing "Clear Data".

Withdraw Consent: You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored App data from your device.

Third-Party Data: For any data you believe may be held by cvoice.ai as a result of your use of the API, please contact cvoice.ai directly through their platform.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App, applicable law, or our practices. When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this document. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

If we make material changes that significantly affect your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you, such as through an in-app notice or by updating the Play Store listing description.

Continued use of the App after any changes to this Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
