Hatching Results Strengthening Implememtation for Student Success

Over the last 5 years, the partnership between Tulare COE and Hatching Results has resulted in instrumental learnings around developing a tiered delivery system, using data to be more proactive, sharing results for program advocacy, and many more best practices that are designed to best meet the needs of students. With all of these high-level concepts that have been taught, it is now time to shine a light on specific topics with a focus on strengthening implementation. Join us for this mini-conference event that will be designed to dig deeper into strategies to strengthen your knowledge and delivery so that we can really see student outcomes soar!

It is College Roadmap Season Again!! We are looking forward to learning more about successful implementation of the Roadmaps and the innovative ways that you plan to use them with your students and families. For the upcoming trainings, you will be invited to both options, just pick one to attend.
