Taewan Kim

Assistant Professor, Ph.D.

I received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical and Electronic engineering from Yonsei University, Seoul, South Korea, in 2008, 2010, and 2015, respectively. From Jan. 2015 to Feb. 2022, I was with the Vision AI Labs, SK Telecom, Seoul. In 2022, I joined the Faculty of the Division of Future Convergence (Data Science Major), Dongduk Women’s University, Seoul, where I am currently an Assistant Professor. I am particularly interested in the fields of computer vision, image processing and machine learning, with a strong emphasis on continual and online learning strategies.
