The registration for CVIM2024 can be done by filling the online Registration form.

Submission of abstracts: 31 May 12 June 2024 (closed)

Notification of acceptance: 15 June 2024

Registration: 30 June 2024

Fee payment: 30 June 2024

Payment

The fees are:

For foreign participants:

• Regular fee * : 200 euros (or 230  euros with the Social Event included)

• PhD, master or undergraduate students * : 150 euros (or 180  euros with the Social Event included)

For national participants (from Cabo Verde)

• Regular fee ** : 7000 escudos

• PhD, master or undergraduate students *** : 3000 escudos
  
  
  

The registration fee includes: 

   *      the conference materials, lunches, coffee breaks and Gala dinner

For Accompanying Persons or those interested in attending the  Gala dinner, the price is 50 euros (or 5000 escudos),

Social Event

It will be a visit to the Tarrafal Concentration Camp, followed by free time at Tarrafal Beach. Lunch is included, as well as the entrance ticket to the camp. 

The price is 30 euros and you can add this amount to the fee.
