Architectural Review Board
Cobblestone Village is a community of people with beautiful homes that provide a great place to live. The Cobblestone Village Homeowners Association Architectural Review Board (ARB) reviews requests for changes in the external design to surrounding structures and topography. Homeowners are encouraged to discuss proposed changes with their neighbors on both sides prior to submitting ARB Requests.
Many times changes enhance the beauty and value of the home and in those homes surrounding it. However, there are times when the proposed change would disrupt the harmony of the external design and in those cases the ARB has the right, granted by the Cobblestone Village Covenants, to refuse the proposed change. In such instances, the requesting homeowner in turn has the right to request a review of the ARB decision by the Cobblestone Village Board of Directors.
