2025 Gun Raffle!
Last year's gun raffle was a huge success, so we are again partnering with Cragin's Gun Shop to raffle off this Henry Big Boy Lever Action!
Tickets can be purchased for $10 each at Cragin's Gun Shop, The Wooden Barrel, Dorr's Service Center, or by contacting any Chittenden Volunteer Fireman!

Welcome TO CVFD
The Chittenden Volunteer Fire Department has served the Town of Chittenden and the surrounding area since 1957. The all-volunteer department responds to various types of calls including chimney fires, forest fires, motor vehicle accidents, and mutual aid to assist in other towns. The First Response branch of the Fire Department is tasked with responding to medical calls and providing aid before the arrival of an ambulance.

The firehouse is located in the same place it's always been, at 266 Chittenden Road in Chittenden, Vermont. (See map below)
