GENERAL ORIENTATION 

The deployment of the DOH team has finally commenced. And with eagerness and a tinge of anxiousness, we are now able to experience firsthand of what happens within the Human Resource Management Unit and Human Resource Development Unit of the Cagayan Valley Center for Health and Development. 

DOCUMENTATIONS

We were tasked with arranging the personal files of the employees working under the Department of Health – Isabela based on the municipality they were assigned to. 

We were tasked to count the number of hours completed by the employees recorded in their Daily Time Records for the months of May and June. We were also asked to be the receiver of the official documents, such as payrolls from the other units within the agency.  

DAY 2 

Julianna was tasked to sort the daily time record of the permanent employees of the different departments 

Marianne was tasked to encode the calculated number of hours in the daily time record of the employees

DAY 3 

Marianne was tasked to compile file 201 of the applicants for various positions 

Julianna resumed in sorting the daily time record of the permanent employees.

DAY 4

Marianne resumed in compiling the file 201 of the applicants within the agency 

Julianna resumed in sorting the daily time record of the employees.

DAY 5

We compiled and labeled the contracts of the employees

DAY 6 

We counted the number of late, absences and undertime of COS employees


DAY 7

We checked the attendance for the flag ceremony and resumed in sorting and compiling the different documents.


DAY 8 

We are tasked to write down the names of the employees in their designated daily time records for the month of August.


DAY 9

We were assigned to distribute the daily time record for the month of August to the different units.

DAY 10

We were assigned to check and encode the rating of the employees for their performance evaluation.

DAY 11

Julianna was assigned to continue sorting the daily time record.

Marianne sent some outgoing documents to various offices in the agency.

DAY 12

We checked the attendance for the flag ceremony and sent the outgoing documents to be signed by the department heads.

DAY 13

Julianna compiled and labeled the additional file 201 of the new applicants.

Marianne encoded the Payroll of COS employees, specifically their Health Emergency Allowance (HEA)


DAY 14

We received documents from various offices and recorded it in the logbook of HRMU as well as compiled the DTRs of the employees 

DAY 15

We are tasked to continue the Payroll of COS employees, specifically their Health Emergency Allowance (HEA) and send out outgoing documents to be signed by the department heads.


DAY 16

Julianna sorted some documents like travel order and resignation letters and check the logbook of the HRMU unit.


Marianne encoded the Report on Document Review (RDR) of applicants for the Administrative Assistant III position.

DAY 17

We are tasked to sort the additional documents of the employees in their file 201.


DAY 18

We are assigned to save the files of the medical facilities that are handled by the CVCHD for their Health Emergency Allowance from July to September 2021
