This Privacy Policy describes how HisyarDIGITAL ("we", "our", or "us") manages, protects, and respects your privacy when using the CV Builder Pro mobile application (the "App") on Android.
⚡ Local-First & Privacy-First Commitment
CV Builder Pro is a local-first application. All data you enter (resumes, work history, skills, contact information, profile photos) is stored securely and directly on your own device's local storage. We do not host, store, or view your data, nor do we collect any personal information on remote servers.
1. Information We Collect and Process
Because CV Builder Pro values your privacy above all, the way we handle data is extremely simple and transparent:
Resume and Profile Data: Any information you enter to create your CV (including name, email, phone, location, work experience, education, certifications, and languages) is processed and saved entirely on your device's local storage. We do not host, store, or view this data.
Profile Photo: If you select a photo from your gallery, it is converted to a base64 string and stored locally on your device. We do not upload your photo to any remote servers.
AI Assistant (Gemini AI): The App contains an integrated AI Assistant to help refine your CV. When you explicitly use the AI generation features, your selected text snippet is sent securely over HTTPS to the Google Gemini API to generate optimized suggestions. None of your personally identifiable information is sent or stored unless you actively write it in the prompt.
2. Device Permissions Required
To provide high-quality CV editing and exporting, the App requires the following device permissions:
Photos/Media/Files (Access & Write): Necessary to select your profile photo from your device's gallery and to save your finalized CV in PDF format to your local storage.
Internet: Required to communicate with the secure Google Gemini API for AI suggestions and to access real-time translation features (supporting 33 languages).
3. Third-Party Services
The App integrates the following third-party APIs or libraries to function properly:
Google Gemini API: Used to generate high-quality CV descriptions and professional summaries. You can check the Google Privacy Policy to see how they handle API requests.
4. Advertising and Tracking
CV Builder Pro is 100% ad-free. We do not use any advertising networks, trackers, analytic systems, or SDKs that record your behavior or gather your profiling data.
5. Security of Your Data
Since your CV details are kept directly on your device, the security of your data is linked to your device's security. Deleting the App's data or uninstalling the App will remove the locally cached CV profiles. You are fully in control of exporting, sharing, or deleting your data at any time.
6. Children's Privacy
Our App is suitable for job seekers of all ages. Because we do not collect or transmit any personal data, we do not knowingly collect or solicit any personal information from children under the age of 13.
