All submissions will be handled electronically via Microsoft CMT at https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/CV4Metaverse2025. When submitting, please make sure to select the correct track ("CV4Metaverse2025 Extended Abstract" or "CV4Metaverse2025 Workshop Paper").
The format for paper submission is the same as the CVPR 2025 main conference. For details, please refer to the CVPR 2025 Submission Policies.
CV4Metaverse 2025 paper reviewing will be double-blind. Citation of any of the co-authors’ published work must be done in the third person. Reference to unpublished work can be made by anonymizing it, including it as supplementary material, and referencing it as Anonymous.
Each submitted paper will be revised by three expert reviewers.
All accepted contributed papers will appear in the CVPR 2025 workshops proceedings.
The paper length should match that intended for final publication. Papers are limited to 8 pages (excluding references), including figures and tables. Additional pages may only contain cited references.
Please download the CVPR 2025 Author Kit (see CVPR 2025 Submission Policy) for detailed formatting instructions. While there is no limit to the number of references, reviewers are instructed to check for pertinence.
Authors may optionally submit additional material that could not be included in the main paper due to constraints of format (e.g., a video), space (e.g., a proof of a theorem or an extra figure or table) or anonymity.
Papers that are not blind, do not use the template, or have more than 8 pages (excluding references) will be rejected without review.
Authors may submit extended abstracts describing published or ongoing works.
Authors of accepted abstracts will be given the possibility to present their work during the workshop.
The abstract will not be published in the workshop proceedings. The accepted abstracts will be published online on the workshop website upon consensus agreement provided by the authors.
Extended abstracts should be at least 2 pages and at most 4 pages long, including references.
The extended abstract papers will use the same template as the other workshop papers, see CVPR 2025 Author Kit (see CVPR 2025 Submission Policy).
Each paper must have at least one registered author (in-person workshops/tutorials passport with student fee if applicable).
Virtual registrations will not cover a paper submission. If circumstances prevent you from attending in person to present your paper, you may attend virtually but you must register and pay for your paper under an in-person registration.
Additional registration info can be found on the official CVPR 2025 Registration page.
