Manning is a new friend of mine that I have never met in real life. During COVID lock downs, we met through church and talk occasionally while encouraging each other across an ocean.
Kim is a very close friend of mine who was my colleague during my time at my first teaching job. We met on my first day as a professional and have been goofing off together ever since.
