• Local Data & Files: Custom Music allows you to play and manage custom audio files stored locally on your device. We access your device’s media storage solely to read and play selected audio files. We do not upload, collect, or store your personal audio files on any external servers.

• Usage Data & Diagnostics: We do not automatically collect personal identification information. Anonymous crash logs or basic technical diagnostics may be processed directly by Google Play Services to ensure application stability.

2. Permissions Requested To provide full functionality, Custom Music may request the following device permissions:

• Storage / Photos and Videos / Audio: Required to locate, access, and play audio files stored on your local device.

• Foreground Service / Notification: Required to control media playback (play, pause, skip) while the App runs in the background or when the screen is locked.

3. Advertising and Third-Party Services Custom Music does not contain any advertisements and does not integrate third-party ad networks, tracking SDKs, or data brokers. Your activity within the App is not tracked for marketing or advertising purposes.

4. Data Security Since all music processing and playback occur locally on your device, your local files remain secured within your device's file system and are subject to your device's security settings.

5. Children's Privacy Our App does not collect personal data from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
