Introduction
hi i'm jj, i'm 31 and my pronouns are she/her. i work in marketing and live in the cst. i've been rping on tumblr to some capacity for over a decade at this point and yes, i feel ancient.
Interactions
if you want to write with me the best ways are to either send me memes or like my plotting/starter calls. i'm also more likely to write and be around if i'm excited about what i'm writing, and i'm a plot heavy bitch. so reach out to plot!
memes are always available to to turn into threads! i post these as their own posts for that very reason. so feel free to respond or not respond to any meme.

feel free to send more than one! i tend to hoard memes.
sometimes memes are quick...sometimes i'll take 3 months. so if i don't respond in a timely manor, please don't feel discouraged!
Activity
my activity is going to be sporadic, as is the nature of adulthood! i work full time and life is a bit all over the place, so i'm never sure where my motivation will be.
because of this, my blog will mainly churn out replies on a queue. sometimes i'll post things live, however that won't necessarily be the norm. i just want to avoid burnout as best as i can!
in addition to just being busy, i have 3 other blogs (this multi is my attempt to only make one more, ik i'm insane.) so feel free to follow me over there as well.
Following
this blog is highly selective & mutually exclusive which is just a fancy way of saying i'm picky of who i follow and interact. if i do not follow you, then don't like starter calls, plotting calls or send in character memes unless i explicitly mention they're open for all.
while i'm generally fairly open to following people, please check out these hard no's:
anyone under the age of 21, because i'm 30 and i feel old enough as it is.
white washed versions of characters.
people who use minors, influencers, or problematic people as faceclaims
anyone who writes or condones (through writing/following them) things like incest, non-con, underage, or pseudo-incest.
i also just feel like it's worth noting that i reserve the right to unfollow for any reason and would ask that if i ever unfollow unprompted, you don't reach out to ask why. i will always soft or hardblock when doing so. my reasoning will likely be a me thing, and not personal at all.
Formatting
in terms of formatting i tend to keep it light. i use bold, italics, and links for emphasis and small text. small text is really more so for the spacing, as it makes it easier for me to read. never feel like you need to match my style!
i have a mix of iconed and iconless threads, as i don't have a live action fc and i likely never will. if you don't use icons, i likely will omit mine. or if your muse is live action.
my only actual request about formatting is to please please cut your posts. it's a pet peeve, i'm sorry.

this blog is 21+, & will contain adult and triggering content. the characters on this blog will range from different levels of maturity and triggering content. however, all character cards and pages will be labeled with relevant triggers. some may include: violence, family death, suicide, abuse, and mental illness.
all triggers will triggers will be taggeed accordingly as "trigger tw". a common example will be usfw tw.
Communication
communication is key, my friends! aside from plotting in general, i love to yap. whether it's about our characters or our favorite soups, i'm down.
ims are opened to mutuals, but i prefer discord! add me at your own risk (herborights).
i will say that i am a bit all over the place and will go from sending you a wall of text to just responding with emojis. i'm just a mess, but i promise i do want to talk to you!
Shipping
i am annoyingly eager for ships at all times. if you have even a half a thought about shipping, chances are i'm already shipping it. so feel free to reach out to plot a dynamic!
all muses sexualities will be included in their information. i just ask that you respect said sexualities and don't send shipping related memes if the muse would not be interested.
in terms of writing ships i'm okay with fading to black, writing to a point, writing explicit smut, whatever floats your boat. i just ask you communicate it!
Mains & Exclusives
my favorite part of rp is writing with friends, so i have mains & exclusives. so if you want to discuss being mains or exclusives feel free to reach out!
i also am open to affiliates! however this is exclusively for friends that i have extended plots with.
as i have multiple muses, each will have their own capacity mains/exclusives. i'm also willing to be blog wide mains, so feel free to specify.
definitions:
affilates: versions of character referenced in main/general threads (other variations of a character will always be in their own verses).
exclusive: the only version of a character or faceclaim i will interact with.
ship-exclusive: the only version of a character or faceclaim i will ship romantically with.
mains: the go to version of a character. they are the first people for plots and interactions with these character! i will have 3-4 for any character.
the only exceptions to the 3-4 range of mains per character are for closer friends and writing partners. friends will alway get a feature ✨
