We served our famous unique curry fish head for more than 20 years using 13 different types of ingredients to prepare our homecooked traditional curry paste. Served along with okra, cabbage, tofu pok, and eggplant; we can guarantee you this dish is prepared to perfection, preserving the fish aroma in the curry.
Chopped fish head, okra, dried chili, ginger, and onions sautéed with our signature gravy topped with scallions and coriander leaves. A rare but special dish made to be loved by our customers.
Deep-fried half Bighead Carp served with our specially crafted gravy; braised with Chinese cabbage, tofu, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, roasted pork, and mushrooms. A large chef's recommended dish to satisfy big crowds.
