Current Marine Electrical (“CME,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information through our website, customer communications, and Work Authorization portal.
We may collect:
Contact information, including your name, email address, telephone number, and billing address.

Payment-card information is handled by the applicable payment processor and is not entered into the CME Work Authorization portal. Third-party services may maintain their own privacy policies.
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. Signed authorizations, estimates, invoices, service records, and related communications may be retained to meet business, tax, insurance, warranty, dispute-resolution, and legal requirements. Information that is no longer reasonably needed may be deleted or securely disposed of where practicable.
You may request access to, a copy of, correction of, or deletion of personal information maintained by CME where applicable. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. Some information may be retained when required by law or reasonably necessary for contracts, payment records, security, disputes, or legal claims.
