Terms & Conditions

1. Current Flow Energy provides professional solar installation, eectrical maintenance, fault finding, repairs, and related electrical services to residential and commercial clients.   ALL work will be performed according to the specifications outlined in the quotation approved by the client.

2. All quotations providedby Current Flow Energy are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated                             Prices may change if:    

• Site conditions differ from the initial inspection

• Additional work is requested by the client

• Material costs increase before confirmation.

3. A deposit may be required before work begins. The remaining balance is payable upon completion of installation or services unless otherwise agreed in writing .                                                                                                                                                                                                                 Failure to make payments may results in delays of documantation.

4. All  installations are completed according to South African safety regulations and industry standards.

5. A Certificate of Compliance (COC) will be issued after intstallation                                                                                                                                             The certificate will only be issuded once:

•  when installation has been completed 

•  Full payment has been done.

6. All equipment supplied carries manufacturer warranties, which vary depending on the brand and products.

Current Flow Energy will assist customers with warranty claims but is not liable for manufacturer defects.

7. The customer must ensure:                                                                                                                                                                                                                           

• Safe access to the installation

• Accurate information regarding the electrical system

• Any required permisions from landlords, estates, or authorities

8. Orders may be cancelled before work begins 

Deposits may not be refundable if materials have already been purchased for projects

9. Customers information is treated as confidential and will only be used for communication and servive delivery

Current Flow Energy will not share personal information with third-party without consent

10. Current Flow Energy shall not be liable for:

• Pre-existing electrical faults

• Damage caused by third-party interference

• Delays caused by weather, supplier shortages, or unforseen circumstances

Workmanship Guarantee

Current Flow Energy guarantes professional workmanship of installation and electrical services. 

If any workmanship-related issue arises within 12 months of installation, we will inspect and rectify the issue at no additional labour cost.

This guarantee excludes:

• Damage caused by misues

• Unauthorized modifications

Natural disaster or external damage

Solar Installation Agreement

By accepting a quotation from Current Flow Energy, the customer agrees to the following:

• The installation will follow the agreed system design and specification

• Any requested changes during installation may results in additional charges

• The client agrees to provide access to the property for installation
