18:A-D NOISE RESTRICTIONS: All Occupants – Residents, Tenants, Guests, Visitors and Workers, plus Children and Animals are responsible for Maintaining a Peaceful Environment which begins with honoring the Communities: A. “Daily Quiet Hours” which are From 8:00 PM Until 8:00 AM. In addition, All Occupants must also comply with “Other Noise Ordinances” such as but Not Limited to: B. “Not Creating Offensive, Excessive and/or Repetitive Noises”, C. “Not Being Noisy in Designated or Posted Quite Areas”, plus D. “Not Creating Noises that are Disturbing to Other Residents, Occupants or Visitors”

Nothing Gets Done here at Alt Terra Commons unless You the Members Do It. And a Big Part of Getting all

the Necessary Community Work Completed is Having a Great Leadership Team. Now although Everyone at ATC has a

Leadership Role to play - Voice and Vote, not everyone wants to be at the Fore-Front / Public Figure, that is where our

Official Leadership Team comes into play, as the Representatives / Public Face of ATC. And Understand, Leadership here

at ATC is Defined as "Leading By Example" - Being the Hardest Working Member of a Great Cohesive Team, and in

General your Primary Tasks will be as follows: A. Design / Set Up the Position, B. Recruit Team Members, and

C. See to it that each Specific Task is Completed as is Required. Below is a List of all the Departments /

Positions that Currently Need Filling and I'm sure there is at least One that Fits you Perfectly.
