The CiD Hub is organized into the following working groups:
Mission: Group dedicated to maintaining overall cohesion of the Hub, forming short- and long-term vision of the Hub, provide support to other committees, code of conduct, troubleshoot issues as they arise, meet with other network leaders for lessons learned, coordinate efforts/ communication across committees
Mission: Organize regular talk series for the Hub, moderate talk series, organize schedule, confirm speakers
Mission: creating/maintaining Hub website, monthly newsletter/listserv digest, help members get added to list, ensure organization of all Hub files/docs on google drive, maintain ‘bios’ doc, organize/create slack or discourse channels for smaller project teams
Mission: Group focused on larger, theory building projects; identifying big questions/think tanks; in the form of a white paper, theory review paper, ‘state of the field’, special issue
Mission: Identify and organize efforts to apply for funding to support in-person workshop/ network building activities, collaborative projects
Mission: Curate/ share materials for teaching curiosity-related content; parent/educator facing content on the importance of curiosity, ways to support
Mission: Identify/share measures of curiosity
Mission: to explore and evaluate the factors promoting curiosity (i.e. parenting, teaching practices)
