My path into education began during my undergraduate years, when I offered private tutoring in mathematics and physics to high-school students. You can find my ad from back then here, although for obvious reasons it is no longer active.
Taking on formal university teaching duties during my predoctoral stage proved difficult. The pandemic broke out at the start of my PhD, and by the time the situation stabilized, my schedule was heavily consumed by research travel that had been delayed by the lockdowns. After completing my doctorate, I was eager to take on lecturing duties, but my contract was strictly limited to a research-only role.
In September 2026, I joined the University of the Basque Country (EHU) as an Assistant Professor in the Applied Mathematics Division of the Department of Mathematics, allowing me to officially teach in university programs. The following is a record of my still-brief teaching and mentoring career to date.
