I had to be creative and think of goals that would challenge me as a nurse.
Ethics in professional nursing was a course that requires critical thinking. To formulate an opinion and conclusion on a topic exploring research, ideas and others opinions will lead to a critically thought out conclusion. During my ethics course we were asked to think critically about a difficult ethical question, by doing my own research and forming my own opinions I was able to answer effectively.
Communicating ideas effectively and correctly is an essential skill in a professional setting. Being able to communicate in oral, visual and written forms will lead to success.
