• You will receive a confirmation email after booking.

• Please double-check that your contact details are correct.

⏰ Arrival

• Kindly arrive 10 minutes before your appointment for registration and preparation.

🔄 Cancellations & Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us at least 5 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient in need of care.

🕒 Late Arrivals

• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling, to avoid delays for other patients.

🚨 Emergencies

• While we do our best to honor your time, dental emergencies may sometimes cause short delays. We appreciate your patience.

💳 Payments

• Consultation and cleaning fees are payable at the clinic.

• Any additional treatments will be discussed and agreed upon before starting.
