At Cure On, we respect your privacy and give you control over your account data.
Users can request deletion of their Cure On account and associated data by using one of the following methods:
Open the Cure On app.
Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account.
Confirm your account deletion request.
If you cannot access the app, you may also request deletion by contacting support:

When your account deletion request is processed, the following data may be permanently removed:
Profile information
Login credentials
Appointment history
Doctor or hospital profile details linked to your account
Uploaded documents or media
User preferences and account settings
Certain information may be retained temporarily if required for:
Legal obligations
Fraud prevention
Security monitoring
Backup restoration periods
Retained data is securely stored and deleted after the required retention period.
Account deletion requests are usually processed within 72 hours.
