A - Many backpain problems can be cured at home. Lower back pain and stiffness generally gets better over time regardless of treatment. Regardless of the choices that you make, it is up to you and only you to keep your commitment. You know your body and its limitations better than anyone else.
With that in mind, there are a number of self-care you can take to address your stiff and make yourself more comfortable.

Experts estimate that up to 80% of the population will experience back pain at some time in their lives. Worldwide, years lived with disability caused by low back pain have increased by 54% between 1990 and 2015.
The good is there is a universal cures for most back pains.
Step 1: Physical therapy and exercise
A physical therapist can apply a variety of treatments, such as heat, ultrasound, electrical stimulation and muscle-release techniques, to your back muscles and soft tissues to reduce pain.
As pain improves, the therapist can teach you exercises to increase your flexibility, strengthen your back and abdominal muscles, and improve your posture. Regular use of these techniques can help keep pain from returning.
Lie back, and keep your feet flat on the floor with your knees bent.
With your hands behind your head or with arms crossed around your chest, raise your shoulders from the floor.
Breath out while raising your shoulders.
Hold for one second.
Repeat with between eight and 12 repetitions.
