WHAT NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION DO YOU COLLECT?

Additionally, non-personal data means “aggregate” and “de-personalized” information, which is data Cup Noodle collects about the use of the Services, from which any personally identifiable data has been removed.

You recognize and agree that the analytics companies utilized by Cup Noodle may combine the information collected with other information they have independently collected from other services or products relating to your activities. AD SERVING TECHNOLOGY

Cup Noodle reserves the right to use and disclose the collected non-personal data for purposes of advertisement by Cup Noodle or our partners and contractors. Cup Noodle may employ third party ad serving technologies that use certain methods to collect information as a result of ad serving through Services. Cup Noodle or third parties operating the ad serving technology may use demographic and location information as well as information logged from your hardware or device to ensure that appropriate advertising is presented within the Service. Cup Noodle or third parties may collect and use data for this purpose including, but not limited to IP address (including for purposes of determining your approximate geographic location), UDID, software, applications, hardware, browser information, internet and on-line usage information and in-game information. The foregoing data may be used and disclosed in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the privacy policy of the company providing the ad serving technology.

You recognize and agree that the advertising companies who deliver ads for Cup Noodle may combine the information collected with other information they have independently collected from other services or products. These companies collect and use information under their own privacy policies. These ad serving technologies are integrated into Services; if you do not want to be subject to this technology, do not use or access Services. Cup Noodle does not have access to or control of third party technologies.

USER GENERATED CONTENT

You may choose to share additional information about yourself through user-generated content. User generated content may be defined as various kinds of content, publicly available, that are produced by end users (for example, messages, and actions with others end users). It is possible that the user generated content you provide may contain Personal Information. Please carefully consider which content you will contribute since we cannot guarantee protection for information you make publicly available through things such as comments, in-game chat messages, reviews etc. Additionally, it is likely that user generated content will be disseminated broadly through third parties such as Facebook. Please keep this in mind before sharing any content with us. Further, users should be aware that such public data may be harvested by third parties with access to it (such as other users) and we cannot control those third parties’ use of such information.

WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION

We may use the information we collect to improve the quality of our games, facilitate game play as well as offer new features to you. This might include looking at how certain segments of the player-base interact with our product and what areas they may be most interested in seeing more content. We will also use the information to optimize our content by locating bugs in our games. Additionally, we may display certain information within the game (such as your Facebook account name or username) to permit other people to identify and interact with you.

We occasionally have a need to reach out to our players. Thankfully, the personal information you provide us enable us to do that. We may contact you with game-related announcement from time to time. We May Log, But We Will Not Disclose, Individual Internet Protocol Addresses: We may maintain log files which contain IP addresses for purposes such as traffic monitoring. By using the Game, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old.
