Fellows will complete approximately 30 paid hours of Fellowship activities in Spring 2026 as estimated below:
Attend virtual Orientation, December 2025, 1.5 hours
Attend three virtual professional learning sessions within one of the tracks from CUNY K-16 offerings, January-February 2026, 4.5 hours total
Attend five virtual Pedagogy Fellows meetings, 5 hours
Three workshops with your peers to discuss strategy implementation, February-April 2026
One individual check-in meeting with your facilitator, between March and May 2026
One feedback session on final reflection and share deliverables, May 2026
Read, reflect, and analyze as pre- and post-work for meetings, December 2025-April 2026, 4 hours
Document and reflect on your strategy practice, February-April 2026, 4 hours
Choose one to two classroom strategies discussed at professional learning sessions and apply them in your classroom.
Fellows will maintain a running portfolio in which they document student work and reflect in dialog with their facilitator on successes and challenges they encounter throughout the semester.
Prepare for the final event, May 2026, 5 hours
Fellows will submit a final reflection, including artifacts and analysis of strategy implementation, and prepare to present their findings and reflections during the June Culminating Event. See reflections from past Pedagogy Fellow cohorts here.
