Data science and bioinformatics are invaluable for biomedical research and are also just really cool to learn more about. Our goal is to establish a community and support structure to help you in learning, incorporating, and doing data science.
Professional Development Seminars. Seminars by scientists with a range of backgrounds discussing how they used data science during their graduate studies, how it applies to their current positions, and how it helped them along the way.
Coding Workshops and Tutorials. For anyone interested in data science regardless of background in the subject, and will feature guided lessons in diverse topics taught by fellow students and data scientists.
Build and foster our community on Slack. Remotely connect and communicate about anything and everything data science and bioinformatics, wherever you are and whenever you need to!
