Will it damage my roof tiles?

We would use steam for clay tiles, but for most modern tiles we can use more pressure. We would assess this during the site visit.

How long will it take?

It depends on the level of dirt and moss.  For example, a driveway can usually be done within a day. When the cleaning requires using ladders, cherry pickers etc, it can increase the time. We would assess this during the site visit.

What about the sand on the block paving?

We re-sand driveways and block-paving with kiln-dried sand after cleaning.

How often should I have my brick and stone-work cleaned?

Ideally once a year to maintain things. Either way, a professional clean lasts longer than a regular pressure washing.

Can you remove the black spots on my stonework?

Black spots can be removed using a combination of steam and professional chemicals.

What is biocide?

It is a professional chemical which kills off moss and lichen. 

What about any potential damage?

We always take pictures beforehand and let you know if we spot any potential issues before or during the works.

Do you need access to water?

Yes, an outside tap.

Do you need access to electricity?

Yes, for my kettle 😊
