LaShona Dickerson is a proud graduate of Grambling State University. She continued her postgraduate education at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. In 2018, she founded Cultivated Development and Training, an organization dedicated to helping individuals pursue growth and become the best versions of themselves.
LaShona is an educator who has always been passionate about sowing seeds of knowledge and encouragement in others. She believes deeply in the power of learning and its ability to transform lives. Her guiding mantra, “Live, Learn, Grow,” reflects her philosophy that every life experience carries lessons that can help us grow stronger and wiser.
Cultivated Development and Training was built on this belief: that growth requires not only planting seeds but also cultivating the heart’s soil and nurturing it through continuous learning and development opportunities. For LaShona, this is more than a business—it is her calling and her “why.”
A lifelong learner and teacher at heart, LaShona loves reading, sharing knowledge, and supporting others in their individual pursuits. She sees teaching as a gift, and through her work, she embraces the mission God placed in her hands with Cultivated—empowering others to learn, grow, and thrive.
