About

I am currently a third year student here at UNM where I am majoring in Interdisciplinary Film and Digital Media and minoring in Technical Writing. For the past two and a half years, I have been focusing my academic efforts towards cinematography, sound mixing, and journalism in the automotive field. While this topic is undoubtedly out of my wheelhouse, food and dining culture have been huge parts of my upbringing and getting the opportunity to write about this has offered me the opportunity to reflect on my experiences growing up and eating on both coasts, as well as the southwest region I now call home.
